Coming up September 5th, 2011 is the Kettering Holiday At Home Parade and 5k run. This is the 53rd year for the Miami Valleys Largest Parade and Amateur Radio has been helping out with it for 25 or more years! Volunteers are asked to be at the Shell Gas Station at the corner of Stroop Road and Far Hills Avenue by 7am for placement. At 8am there will be a 5k race which we support and then the Parade begins at 9:55am and should be over around noon. Primary Net operations will be on the Kettering 147.075 Repeater and backup operations will be on 146.940 (123 tone).
